do you have a hotel room block?
Unfortunately, no. Because it is F1 weekend (big race car event in Austin), hotels do not allow any room blocks.
what day should i arrive in town?
We recommend arriving on Wednesday, October 18th. We're having a welcome party on Thursday and would love you to be there!
Will there be transportation?
One of the amazing things about our venue is it's not too far from central Austin! We highly recommend using Uber and Lyft.
What should i wear?
Think garden soiree meets black tie. We love you however you are, but feel free to check out our What To Wear page for more ideas!
where do i park?
There is plenty of free on-site parking available. If you plan on drinking, please do not drive and opt for an Uber/Lyft instead!
can i bring a date?
As much as we would love for you to bring a plus 1, we have a budget we're working with which includes a strict guest count.
